Oh my goodness! It's been ages since I've been on my blog. So so so much has gone on in the past 6 months…difficult pregnancy, having my baby boy, hospitalization from complications during my c-section, and then the juggling of a new family of 5…hence, the reasons I have been gone. But…I'm BACK! No way would you get rid of me forever
A few weeks ago I did a session with one of my favorite families. Here's some of my favorites from their session. And, I promise to post some shots of my new little guy. That's on my to-do list. Plus…some other new exciting announcements! Come see me on Facebook to be kept more up-to-date! xo

I was keeping very busy with some of the greatest sessions and then I get hit with partial bed rest because of consistent contractions round-the-clock. Ugh ugh ugh. Hoping in the next few weeks the partial bed rest thing will be lifted so I can start back up. (Don't give up on me!) In the meantime, here are some shots from those sessions. I have some of the best (and cutest!) clients ever!
Here's little Olivia, her mommy and grandma:
Here is adorable Gray and his parents:
And…the sweet M family girls, Lauren & Maren, and their parents (my friends!):

It’s been so so busy here! In every aspect of my life it’s been quite hectic. Hopefully it’ll slow down a bit now. In my personal life, one of my best friends got married this past weekend. I was not only matron of honor which was quite an honor, but also the photographer, another great honor. I couldn’t have done it without help from my friend, Vickie, so thank you, Vic! It was the most fabulous wedding ever. Congrats to my dearest
Heather and Lee!
Before the wedding last week I had a few awesome sittings. One being this one. A friend from my mom’s group called asking for photos quickly of their family. Her husband was being sent to Afghanistan for a year. So of course nothing could stop me from doing these pictures for them. We spent a couple hours at their favorite park which they spent a lot of time together as a family at. I got to photograph them just as they usually were; as a happy family having a simply great time. I had a great time, too, being a part of these moments. I hope they will cherish them forever and ever. I also wish them the very very best. I know this year will be quite tough for them all. I want Liz and her husband to know how much I’m thinking about them, and if they need anything at all, please please don’t hesitate to call me.

My favorite family was back for a session a few weeks ago. I started shooting them about a year ago shortly after the twins were first born. I love them all dearly and Amanda (momma) has been a great huge help in getting my business growing. It was her that I designed the billboards for and it is she who has helped me gain clients and some other great opportunities. I owe her so much. Thank you, Amanda. xxoo
Here’s some from our session. I loved the colors they chose. Very different but so beautiful. And the kids – oh so darn cute!!

This will be super quick on the writing . . . I am proofing (what seems like) zillions of pictures right now (I now see how an assistant would come in very useful!) and so I have very very limited time. But here are some faves from a recent maternity session. Oh how I ADORE maternity. I have said it before and I will say it again, there is NOTHING more beautiful to me than the pregnant belly and how a woman glows during pregnancy. And with this spectacular family, I couldn’t have had any better results with the photos. Beth, Rod, and Daniel . . . all so absolutely beautiful . . . :c) Big huge thanks go out to each one of you!! Love you!
